Manhattan Gold Coin (MGC) is a decentralized cryptocurrency. This site provides information about MGC and a Vault service to purchase MGC directly. We do not offer investment advice, and nothing on this site should be interpreted as a recommendation to invest in, hold, or sell any asset.
First Class Coins LLC, the operator of the Vault service, is registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, as a Money Services Business (MSB). Registration as an MSB does not constitute an endorsement or approval by FinCEN or the U.S. Department of the Treasury of First Class Coins LLC, MGC, or the Vault service.
First Class Coins LLC also complies with the Colorado Division of Banking, part of the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA), with respect to money transmission activity conducted from Colorado. Compliance with these regulatory frameworks does not constitute an endorsement or approval by FinCEN, the U.S. Department of the Treasury, or the Colorado Division of Banking of First Class Coins LLC, MGC, or the Vault service.
In connection with this registration, orders meeting certain thresholds (currently $1,000 or more, regardless of payment method) require identity verification before coins are sent, consistent with our anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Verification is performed through a third-party identity verification provider.
The site, the Vault service, and MGC itself are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the value of MGC will increase, remain stable, or avoid loss.
Cryptocurrency is volatile and carries risk, including the risk of total loss. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether purchasing MGC is appropriate for you. Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed — double-check your wallet address before submitting an order.
Vault orders are manually reviewed before coins are released. We reserve the right to decline, delay, or cancel any order we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent, erroneous, or in violation of these terms, with a refund where payment was received but coins were not sent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or MGC, including loss of funds sent to an incorrect address.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
